Customer Service


You can reach us at support@europepatriotclub.com in English or Dutch. We typically reply within 24–48 hours on business days, and during drops it can take up to 72 hours. Service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET.

Tip: use a clear subject line like “Return – #EPC12345” or “Sizing – Milano Knit Polo”.

Orders & Tracking

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us with the subject “Order Confirmation – [your email]”.

When tracking doesn’t update, send your order number and postcode with the subject “Tracking – #EPC…”.

Address or Order Changes

Email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been created, changes may not be possible. Use the subject “Address Change – #EPC…” or “Order Change – #EPC…”, and include the full correct address, phone number, and what you want to change.

Returns & Exchanges


You can return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and include tags and original packaging. Email support@europepatriotclub.com with the subject “Return – #EPC…”. We’ll send an RMA number, instructions, and the return address. Refunds are processed after inspection, usually within seven business days. If you want an exchange, mention the desired size and color so we can confirm availability.

Sizing & Fit

Not sure about the fit? Email with the subject “Sizing – [item name]” and include your height, weight, chest/waist measurements, your preferred fit (slim, regular, or boxy), and a reference size in a brand you already wear.

Faulty or Wrong Item

Use the subject “Issue – #EPC…”. Attach three to five photos (front, detail, and label) and a short description. We’ll respond within 48 hours with a solution such as replacement, repair, or refund.

Payment & Invoices

For double charges or payment errors, email with the subject “Payment – #EPC…” and include a screenshot. If you need an invoice, use “Invoice – #EPC…” and include VAT details if applicable.

Wholesale, Press & Collaborations

For wholesale inquiries, write “Wholesale – [city/country]” and include a short introduction, store type, and links. For press or collaborations, use “Press/Collab – [topic]” and include deadlines and deliverables. The address is the same: support@europepatriotclub.com.

What to Expect

We aim for fair service and clear communication. If something takes longer—such as pre-orders or repairs—we’ll let you know. When issues occur, we prefer to repair or replace where possible.

We only use your data to handle your request or order in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. Please don’t send card details by email.
